Client Artifacts & Assets
The Interview Advantage program builds the following assets as part of a client’s portfolio. At the end of the program, clients leave with a clear understanding of how to build and utilize these assets along with the skills to do so iteratively as part of their career journey.
Accomplishment Stories
We will craft two Accomplishment Stories that will uniquely define you and differentiate your application submission. These are designed to ignite interest and for the client to weave into the interview process.
Resiliency Stories
Among the most important areas of interviewing is telling stories that demonstrate your ability to overcome obstacles, worth through difficult situations and detail what you learned from those experiences
Introductory Letters
Every application you submit will include a cover letter that explicitly calls out the reason why you are applying, the good you can deliver to the company mission, and reflect the company’s mission. The context should be about how you can provide value to the company’s objectives including revenue, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Resumes
Your resume will offer a clear summary of career goals as a statement, your education, work/intern experience, and projects completed and skills developed that are relevant to each opportunity you pursue.
Biography
We will create a biography of you that will help define how you have evolved academically, socially, and in your work experience.
