Keith Siegel knows what it takes to get hired - because for years, he’s been the one doing the hiring. As a seasoned sales leader in enterprise technology, Keith has interviewed hundreds of candidates at every level, from entry hires to senior executives. He’s seen exceptional talent win opportunities by telling their story effectively, and he’s also seen qualified, capable candidates fail simply because they couldn’t communicate their story and value.

But for Keith, this isn’t just professional - it’s personal. As the father of two college-aged students, he’s seen firsthand the challenges today’s students and recent graduates face when trying to launch their careers. The job market is more competitive than ever, AI-driven hiring tools are screening applicants before a human even looks at them, and most people simply haven’t been taught how to position themselves effectively. Watching his own children navigate this landscape gave Keith a unique perspective on both the skills and the confidence young professionals need to succeed - and the gaps traditional career services leave unfilled.

Keith’s qualifications go far beyond experience. He holds a M.ED, giving him a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and retain new skills, as well as an MBA, which provides the business insight to help candidates align their value with organizational goals.
